Railwayman Boxer.— The current issue of the “N.Z. Railways Magazine” appeals for funds to send A. J. Cleverley, an apprentice fitter at the Petone Workshops, to represent New Zealand in the boxing ring at the Olympic Games. Owing to the insufficiency of funds there is some doubt as to whether he will be able to go.
