HELPLESS ON LAWN
WOMAN FALLS FROM BALCONY DISCOVERED BY MILKMAN Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. At five o’clock on Wednesday morning a milkman found Mrs. Stafford, of Main Road. Wadestown, lying helpless on the ground, suffering from injuries to her hip. She had been lying there since mid-day on Tuesday. The injured woman said that she *\as emptying water from a balcony, which gave way. causing her to fall to the ground, a distance of about 12ft. endeavoured unsuccessfully to attract attention by calling out. An PC-ray examination at the hospital has rot disclosed any serious injuries.
