MOTORIST FINED Press Association. WELLINGTON. To-day. A collision between a train and a motor-lorry driven by Charles 11. Latham, at Khandallah Crossing, had its sequel at court to-day, when Latham was charged with having failed to take proper precautions and was fined £5.
