Factory on Fire. —A fire in the rafters of Booth, Macdonald and Company’s factory at Penrose about 9.30 last evening was quickly extinguished by the Ellerslie brigade, little damage being done. Stole While Drunk.—Arthur Harry Kershaw, aged 20, was fined 10s for drunkenness at the Police Court today. He was fined a further 30s for stealing a soldering iron.
