through the loss of one limb or eye.
(13) £5 per week for a period not exceeding two weeks together with medical expenses not exceeding £5 in case of an accident as defined in clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT provided that in the case of accidents to subscribers while playing football or riding bicycles or motor-cycles not more than one week’s compensation at £5 a week shall be payable. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking find Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract, namely (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident. (c) That notice of the death and the accident be given within forty (40) days after the accident by the subscriber or representative to THE SUN Newspapers, Ltd., Auckland. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (14) days of the accident. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary Information be furnished by the claimant upon request. (g) That the total liability in respect event the said sum of one thousand of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which results ceed the sum of £1.000: in any such pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata, more than one person shall not exin the death within thirty (30) days of
