AN APPROPRIATE ENTRANCE
Passing through the township of Manurewa motorists have lately been attracted by the sign of a kettle swinging from a post outside a tea house. This Is, of course, an indication that one may enjoy a cup of tea and refreshments. And if the journey is
long, it makes a welcome break. An attractive archway gives access to the tea rooms set well back from the road, away from the dust and noise of hurrying traffic. This wayside house is proving v a popular rendezvous, and the method of advertising the “business’* is an appropriate one.
