THROWN FROM HIS HORSE When returning to his home on Friday evening a school boy, aged 11 years, named Walter Hull, a son of Mr. A. L. Hull, of Waiuku, had the misfortune to receive a compound fracture of his left leg. caused by his horse slipping on a bridge. 'The unfortunate lad, who was rendered unconscious, was found by Mr. Atkinson, who took him to his home in his motor-car. After receiving medical attention the lad was taken to the Franklin Memorial Hospital, where he is progressing favourably.
