WORKERS’ EDUCATION
Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. At the annual meeting of the Dominion Council of the Workers’ Educational Association the Mayor, the Rev. J. K. Archer, in welcoming the delegates, said the growth of the association in New Zealand had reached a point where it should be considered a distinct part of the national system of education. There was 133 classes formed last session, with 6,157 students.
