The sum of £40,000 has been placed to the reserve and £50,000 to premises account. The balance to be carried forward is £139,567. —A. and N.Z. NATIONAL MORTGAGE CO. LONDON, Thursday. The report of the National Mortgage and Agency Company for the year ended September 30, shows the amount available for distribution, after contributing £3,914 to the staff superannuation fund, to be £45,310. A final dividend is proposed of 7£ per cent., with a bonus of 2s a share, both free of income tax, making a total for the year of 12| per cent.
