AUCKLAND CITY MISSION
SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE The Sunday evening service of the Auckland City Mission in the Hippodrome Theatre will be conducted by the Rev. Charles Chandler, lat© of Sydney, and now the assistant missioner and prison chaplain, who will speak on “Ropes and Rags.’’ Miss Phyllis Hazel will sing as an offertory solo “Abide with Me.’’ Before the commencement of the service the orchestra under the direction of Mr. Burnnand will play selections.
