At the Methodist Conference to-day the final draft of appointments to preaching stations for 1928 was adopted as follows: —Auckland district: Auckland Central, H. H. Jeffreys; Auckland West, A. Mitchell and N. P. Larsen; Auckland (Avondale), C. B. Jordan; Auckland East, E. T. Olds; Otahuhu, A. W. E. Silvester; Pukekohe, H. L. Fiebig; Waiuku, W. S. Neal; South Auckland, Paeroa and Hauraki Plains, one wanted; Hamilton, G. R. Harris; Tauranga, H. G. Brown: Taumarunui, C. R. Taylor- Te Awamutu, W. J. Enticott; Bay of Islands, J. H. Hall.
