Round the Churches

The usual services are being held at St. Matthew’s Church, Wellesley Street, to-morrow. An anthem, ‘‘lf With All Your Hearts,” is to be sung at the service at 11 o’clock. The Associated Churches of Christ meet to-morrow at Ponsonby Road. Dominion Road, Richmond, Avondale, Onehunga, Devonport and Mount Albert. The Rev. W. Gilmour, 8.A., will preach at both services at the Edendale Presbyterian Church to-morrow, and the Rev. J. Pattison will officiate at Somervell Church, Remuera. Following an open circle at 3 p.m., an inspirational address on “The Mystery of the Second Advent” will bl? given by Mrs. Harris-Roberts at 7 o’clock. Nurse Clayton is to speak on “The Perplexities of Married Life,” the Spiritualists’ Church, Pitt Street, tomorrow evening. A talk on “Christ Jesus” is being given at the First Church of Christian Scientists, Symonds Street, to-morrow. The Rev. A. S. Wilson will preach at both services of the Grange Road Baptist Church. -Mr. B. M. Wilson will sing in the evening. The Sunday afternoon men’s meeting at the Y.M.C.A. will be resumed to-morrow, when a song service will be conducted by Mr. V. T. Drew. Services are being held by the Progressive Church of Spiritualists, Newmarket. Messages will be given by Mrs. Heatley. Mr. I. M. Lilly is to preach at both services of the Royal Oak Baptist Church.
