SAILOR OBTAINS DIVORCE When Harold Chadwick, of H.M.S. Diomede, married in April, 1924, he soon found that his wife, Rose Chadwick, preferred another man. He brought a petition for divorce before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court this morning, and cited Wiliam Bayne as the co-respondent. Air. Allan Moody stated that there was one child of the marriage. The couple separated soon after the marriage, and petitioner later found his wife living at a house in Hargreaves Street. Ponsonby, with the co-respondent. A decree nisi was granted, the custody of the child being left to the respondent.
