VICTORIAN BOWLERS ARRIVE

MATCH AT INVERCARGILL Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Monday. The Victorian bowlers arrived at Bluff by the Manuka this morning and commenced a five rinks match against Southland in the afternoon. The weather was intensely hot and the green was very fast. The match resulted in a win for Southland by 119 points to 92, the visitors hardly being at their best after such a brief time off the boat.
