SANFORD’S PICNIC
BIG OUTING TO-MORROW The tenth annual picnic of the employees of Sanford, Ltd., will be held at Cowes Bay to-morrow. The s.s. Rangitoto will leave the Northern Steamship Company’s wharf at 9.30 a.m., antf there should be a record crowd.A- jazz band-and an orchestra have been engaged, and there will be jazzing, waltzing, and singing competitions, with prizes of £5 for each, besides races, novelty events, and swimming.
