WEEK-END CARNIVAL

DIXIELAND CABARET To-night is week-end carnival night at Dixieland. It will commence as usual at 8.30 p.m., and the many who journey to the seaside cabaret may be assured that the management will do its utmost to make the Saturday night revels as delightfully enjoyable as has been the case in the past. The popular Dixieland Internationals, with their extensive repertoire of the latest hits from Europe and America, will be at the top of their form. Is it too hot to dance? Not at Dixie-land-by-the-sea, where a perfect floor, a perfect band and the cool breath of the sea combine to make the sultriness of the city a matter to be forgotten—for three hours at least. The dansant this afternoon no doubt will be well attended and should provide an entertaining two hours.
