GENERAL sympathy will be felt with E. H. Bowley, who had the misfortune to severely strain the muscles of his side in last week’s match at North Shore. It is expected that the injury will keep the Y.M.C.A. skipper out of action for another week or two at least. Bowley is here seen at the end of the “follow-through” after making a characteristic forcing shot in front of the wickets.
