KILLED BY FALL OF STONE
CONTRACTOR’S DEATH Press Association. GREYMOUTH, Thursday. Mr. James Bourke, aged about S ( years, the contractor for the Mabel’s Bay section of the Westport-Grey - mouth Coast road, was killed this afternoon by a fall of stone during blasting operations in connection with the contract. Mr. Bourke, who resided at Barrytown. was well known throughout the West Coast.
