DANGEROUS DRIVING

PROSECUTION AT PAEROA Reserved decision was given by the Magistrate at Paeroa yesterday in a case in which H. J. Harris was charged with driving a motor-car in a manner dangerous to the public. The case arose out of a collision between Harris and a young man named Bennett, who was riding a motor-cycle on the Thames Road near Hikutaia on September 7. Harris was found to have been driving on the wrong side of the road, also too fast, and was fined £3 and ordered to pay £5 7s costs.
