The Argentine delegation to the PanAmerican Conference has launched an attack against intervention in the affairs of Pan-American nations. This is considered to be a reference to Nicaragua, and maj' 1 frustrate efforts to codify Pan-American international law, since it is believed that the United States will not permit an expression against intervention in the proposed code.—A. and N.Z.
