U.S. TRADE RETURNS
By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. WASHINGTON, Thursday. It is announced that the value of the exports from the United States in 1927 was £972,800,000 and of the imports, £836,800,000. The exports to Australia were valued at £31.825,000, compared with £33,738,800 in 1926. The exports to New Zealand were valued at £6,503,400, compared with £8,314,800 in 1926. The imports from Australia were valued at £7,725,200, compared with £9,147,600 in 1926. The imports from New Zealand were valued at £2,534,000, compared with £3,765,200 in 1926.—A. and N.Z.
