MAN’S TWELFTH OFFENCE Pi-css Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. Charged in the Police Court with having driven a horse and cart while intoxicated, Charles Nelson, an elderly man. was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. It was his twelfth offence of the kind.
