PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Resolution passed at a special meeting of the Auckland City Council convened for that purpose, and held on the 19th day of January, 1925, and intended to operate as a Special Order will come up for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 16th day of February, 1925, in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Auckland, at 1.45 p.m., viz.:— “The Auckland City Council doth hereby by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order resolve— THAT those portions of Section 31 of the City of Auckland shown on the diagram endorsed hereon, and thereon edged green and marked respectively Queen Street, Fergusson Street and Myers Street be and the same are hereby declared to be public roads or streets.” J. Parents are notified that the College Office is now open and that enrolments of pupils, for the day school should be made at once. The College classes commence on Tuesday, February 7, at 9 a.m. Pupils who have previously attended the day school and intend to return this year are notified that the enrolments to date are so heavy that their application forms should be posted immediately, if they wish to be sure of admission to the day school _ this year. Evening school enrolments will not commends until February 16, but a Prospectus, containing all information in respect to evening classes may now be obtained at the College Office.
