On SUNDAY, February 5, a Special Excursion Train, connecting with motorbuses to and from Waitomo Caves, and taking passengers from Auckland, Newmarket, Manurewa, and Pukekohe only, will leave Auckland at 8.50 a.m., Newmarket 5.59, Manhrewa, 9.27,_ Pukekohe 9.54, arriving Hangatiki 12.35 p.m. Return train leaves Hangatiki 6.15 p.m., Pukekohe 9.13, Manurewa 9.38, Newmarket arrive 10.5 and Auckland 10.11 p.m. Departure and arrival times of trains DAY EXCURSION TICKETS will be issued to Hangatiki from Auckland, Newmarket, Manurewa and Pukekohe in conjunction with a special ticket (cost, adult 13s 6d, child 7s) covering return motor trip Hangatiki to Waitomo, and guide fees for viewing three caves. The rail tickets will be available only by above special trains, and are not available for break of journey. ' Fares (rail journey only) are as follow: From. Excursionists can obtain hot water at Waitomo. Railway Refreshment Rooms at Frankton will be open, and excursionists may obtain refreshments there on outward and return journeys. Intending passengers are advised to book and reserve their seats early. Free Passes, Season and Commutation Tickets (Reporters’ Tickets and Passes held by members of the Legislature excepted) will not be available by these trains. N EW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. On SUNDAY, February 5, a Special Excursion Train will run from Te Kuiti to Rotorua and back as follows:—Te Kuiti depart 7 a.m., Otorohanga 7.29, Te Awamutu 8.3, Ohaupo 8.23, Frankton 8.55, Hamilton 9.1, Morrinsville 9.35, Matamata 10.10, Putaruru 10.54, Mamaku 11.55 a.m., Rotorua arrive 12.21 p.m. RETURN TRAIN leaves Rotorua 5.25 p.m.,, Mamaku 6.12, Putaruru 6.54, Matamata 7.26, Morrinsville 7.58, Hamilton 8.34, Frankton 8.50, Ohaupo, 9.16, Te Awamutu 9.35, Otorohanga 10.8, Te Kuiti arrive 10.34 p.m. These trains stop where required between Te Kuiti and Frankton, and at Hamilton, Morrinsville, Matamata, Putaruru and Mamaku. CHEAP EXCURSION TICKETS will be issued to Rotorua from Te Kuiti-Mamaku and intermediate stopping stations. These tickets are! available only by above trains and are not available for break of Journey. BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICES B OROUGH NEWMARKET. DOG REGISTRATION. Pursuant to Section 8 of “The Dog Registration Act, 1908,” notice is hereby given that the fee for the registration of dogs in the Borough of Newmarket for the year 1928 is now payable to the Registrar, MR. WILLIAM WAITE, at the Council Chambers, Broadway, Newmarket. The amount of the fee has been fixed at Seven Shillings and Sixpense (7s 6d) for each dog. Dated this 28th day of January, 1928. H.
