CAPITOL
“THE LAST OUTLAW” Gary Cooper and Flash, the wonder horse, will be seen to-night at the Capitol Theatre in the Paramount Western, “The Last Outlaw.” In it Gary appears as the sheriff of a Texas town who becomes involved with a gang of crooked politicians. Although he does not realise it, they are really the ringleaders of <a cattle-rustling band. However, the girl he loves soon tells him the true state of affairs. Then things get going, and do not stop until “The Last Outlaw” has been captured. Arthur Rosson directed a cast, headed by Jack Luden, former Paramount Junior star, and Betty Jewel. Richard Allen Gates wrote the original story. The chief feature on the programme to-night will be “The Unknown,” starring Lon Chaney.
