“Any other councillors present will not be allowed to speak from the body of the hall, and no interjections will be allowed.” This was the warning given by the chairman at a public meeting at Point Chevalier last evening, when Councillor W. H. Murray was one of the speakers. “It is our meeting, and we don’t want any interruptions,” remarked the chairman. There were few comments.
