MOTOR-CAR ACCIDENT

TWO MEN KNOCKED DOWN Two men were knocked down by motor-cars yesterday afternoon. They were Mr. Frederick Sutton Bulford and Mr. A. Lafport. Neither is seriously hurt. Mr. Bulford was crossing Karangahape Hoad when struck by a motorcar. He was thrown heavily to the roadway, receiving slight head injuries, and was taken to the Auckland Hospital, where he is progressing favourably. He is aged 23 and lives at 6 Braemar Terrace, Mount Albert. Mr. Lafport was knocked down in Mountain Road He was taken to a private hospital, but is not thought to be in a serious condition.
