PAHIATUA, To-day. * A circus employee, Charles William McFedries, was charged .at the local court before justices of the peace yesterday with using obscene language, and wilfully pushing a Maori through a plate glass window of Judds billiard saloon. He was sentenced to two months’ gaol on the first charge, and fined £5, in default one month’s imprisonment, on the second.
