A DANCE PARTY
Mrs. J. Spence, of Wellington, was the guest of honour at a delightful farewell evening and dance given by Mrs. Rasmussen, sen., and Mrs. L. C. Rasmussen at their home, Mount Albert, on Saturday. Mrs. Spence and Miss Fieldsend sang several songs, and Mr. E. Meeks contributed some very enjoyable instrumental music. Mrs. Rasmussen wore a charming ensemble of black crepe de chine and floral lace. Mrs. Spence’s gown was of flame georgette over gold tissue. The guests included; Mrs. Fieldsend, lace trimmed fuchsia crepe de chine. Mrs. Proud, black lace model worn over flesh pink georgette. Miss E. Meeks, dainty frock of floral georgette in delphinium blue. Miss F. Fieldsend, bouffant gown of moonlight blue taffeta. Miss G. Fieldsend, frock of primrose tinted taffeta. Miss E. Fieldsend, crepe de chine gown of pillarbox red.
