BACK TO THE OLD LOVE?

SUNNYSIDE AND SOCCER MAY RETURN TO CODE (Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Sunny side, the former champion Soccer Football Club of the Dominion, may be regained by the code in Canterbury. Speaking at a special meeting of club delegates held last evening, Mr. R. MacLachlan gave that information in response to a question: “They are dissatisfied with Rugby up at the institution,” he said. “It will never take on there. I am perfectly certain that if an inclination is shown in the future for better feeling all round, and among the clubs, and if all past prejudices are dropped, Sunnyside will come in again if the other clubs want it.”
