A Bad Shot. —When Edward Francis Smith (29) made a lunge at a man j sitting on a window sill, he did not expect the latter to dodge, but he did, [and Smith’s fist went through a window. To-day he was fined 5s for being j drunk and 10s and 30s costs for breaking a window. The defaults were fixed at 24 hours and seven days respectively.
