GRATIFYING RESPONSE
GLEN EDEN RATES PAYMENTS Anticipations of a good credit balance at the end of the financial year ended March 31 are entertained by the town clerk of Glen Eden as a result of the response to the demand for rates. There has also been steady payment made of rates in arrears, thereby swelling the general total of returns under rate headings.
