FURNACE EXPLODES
TWO KILLED, 16 INJURED IN GERMANY By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. BERLIN, Monday. A blast furnace at the Voelkingen works exploded and molten metal caught the workmen, cutting off their escape. Two bodies have been recovered. Sixteen men are seriously injured and several are missing.—A. and N.Z.
