WATER THIEVES AT MANUREWA On returning from their holidays some of the tenants of the Manurewa Town Board houses, advised the town clerk that all the water from their house tanks had been .stolen, and as the residents were fitted with hot water systems the inhabitants were unable to light the ranges. This necessitated some of the board’s employees carrying water to the depleted tanks.
