Mr. K©rr has been Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary in Guatemala since 1925. He entered the diplomatic service in 1906 and served at Berlin, Buenos Aires, Washington, Rome and Teheran. He served as a private in the Soots Guards in 1918.
