SALE OF K.L.G. PLUG FACTORY
It is understood, says the monthly bulletin of the Department of Overseas Trade, issued by the Office of His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner in Wellington, that S. Smith and Sons (Motor Accessories) has acquired the business of the Robinhood Engineering Company, the manufacturers of K.L.G. sparking plugs. There will be no change in the management, Mr. K. Lee G uiness, the well-known racing motorist, continuing as managing director, assisted by Major Carington and Mr. Hawthorn. S. Smith and Sons (M.A.) has an authorised capital of £2,000,000, of which £592,000 has been issued and paid.
