Sydenham, against Riccarton, made 235 (Young 43, Cunningham 24, Fitzmaurice 28, King 53). Haines took four wickets for 37. Riccarton have four down for 84 (Cox 34, Gorrie IS. Linwood, playing Old Boys made 313 (Boon 86, Orchard 86, Yates 55). Powell took four for 70. Old Collegians made 197 against St. Albans (Lester 39, Pengelly 41, Chrystall not out 46. Hamilton 30). Woods, three for 34, did best with the ball. St. Albans have two down for S 3 (Crawford not out 44). West Christchurch made 173 (Haynes 49. Alexander 43). and East Christchurch 165 for four wickets (Kennedy 59). For East Christchurch Weston secured four for 57 and Mills three for 44.
