There were decrees nisi granted and 21 made solute. There were 42 petition dissolution of marriage and six for restitution of conjugal rights. T! were no proceedings in the Supr Court for judicial separation or nui Court returns available at Hami for the past year indicate & hf volume of business in the Supr Court, wher there were 19 convict ' and seven acquittals while • ! offenders were dealt with under Justices of the Peace Act; 69 debi and 24 creditors' petitions were file bankruptcy, while discharges gra were 33. Fees totalled £3,455 lfe lof which bankruptcy fees were l |ISs 6d. I Civil actions commenced r.umb 117, involving £75.080 7s 6d, an .the cases dealt with £25,274 6s was recovered from the £ 48,58 j claimed. In the Magistrate's Court 2,00 J plaints involving £36,026 7s 4d i entered and 21.156 were dealt t £24,991 19s 6d being recovered 1 £26,968 5s 5d claimed.
