LITTLE BOY DROWNED
FALLS INTO RIVER A sad drowning fatality occurred : yesterday morning in the Waikato ; River at Ngaruawahia. A little boy named Alfred Molesworth, aged 7J years, was bird-nesting with some small boy friends on the ; river bank. | The deceased while climbing out to a nest on a branch overhanging the : river, slipped and fell in. His friends were unable to save him and he was drowned. The body, owing to the dirty state of the river, is not yet recovered.
