EVIL PLOT IN INDIA DUMP OF ARMS FOUND By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. DELHI, Wednesday. A conspiracy for terrorisation throughout the country and for securing arms with which to wage war against the Government was disclosed at the trial of 20' Bengalis at Dumka Bihar province. The police found at the town of Deogarh a number of pistols, ammunition, a code-book and a list of the names of plotters. Subsequently searches were made at Allahabad, Calcutta and Chittagong, and these resulted in more revolvers being found, as well as formulae for explosives and poisonous Bolshevik revolutionary literature. — A. and N.Z.
