FINALS DECIDED (From Our Own Correspondent) ■WANGANUI, Wednesday. The finals of the Wanganui tennis championships were decided to-day. Results: Men’s Singles.—M. L. Lampe beat Barkman, 7—9,.6 —1, 5—7, 6—3, 6—3. Women’s Singles.—Mrs. Melody beat Miss Myers, 6—3, 6—o. Men’s Doubles.—Lampe and Marshall beat Barkman and Powdrell, 4—6, 6—4, 7—5, 6—4. Mixed Doubles. —Lampe and Miss Myers beat P. Jones and Mrs. Scott-Watson, S—6. 5—7, 6—3. Women's Doubles. —Misses Myers and Calver beat Mrs. Richardson and Mrs. Smith, 6—o, 6—2.
