FIRST AUCTION NEXT MONTH The first block of sections at Ora* kei, Auckland’s garden suburb, are to be offered for public purchase toward the end of next month. Plans for tne block, which overlooks the harbour, and which is being offered to test tM feeling of the people on the scheine, were approved by the Minister of the Hon. A. D.
