Under f&eir award, the seamen are given the right to hold a stop-work meeting on |he last Tuesday of every month, and because next Tuesday is a holiday the seamen asked the owners’ permission to hold the meeting next WednesdayIt is undersold, however, that the owners refused tilie applications.
