The visit to Rio de Janeiro of Mr. Lloyd George, who, with Mrs. Lloyd George and members of their family, left London yesterday, is a private one and is being undertaken primarily in the interests of the health of his wife, Dame Margaret Lloyd George. Mr. Lloyd George has few public engagements in Brazil, but he will be the guest at a dinner given by the Brazilian Foreign Minister, Dr. Felix Pacheco, and will attend a meeting of the British Chamber of Commerce at Rio de Janeiro.—A. and N.Z.
