MR. ROUTLEY’S VICTORY GLEN EDEN BY-ELECTION The result of the by-election held yesterday to fill the vacancy on the Glen Eden Town Board was the reelection of Mr. A. J. Routley. Owing to some small business transaction with the board, his right to occupy a seat was challenged. He resigned and again offered his services. Feeling in the district ran high. The result of the poll was: Abraham James Routley 261 Sydney William Arthur Bourne 146 Majority for Routley . , . . . 115 With doubtful and informal votes the total number cast was 425. There were 750 names on the roll.
