ANOTHER CYCLE COLLISION

TWO MEN INJURED A collision between two motorcycles on the Waihi-Paeroa Rodd this morning, at about 7.30, resulted in the riders, Bert Aitken and Frank Burt, being admitted to the WaihJ District Hospital for treatment. It appears that Burt, who is in the employ of Fleming Bros., of Paeroa, was proceeding to his work, and Aitken, who is in the employ of J. P. Gamble, was proceeding to Waihi, when they collided at a bend in the road where the vision is obscured by blackberry and gorse. Medical aid was called and the injured youths were found to be suffering from concussion. On inquiry later in the day it was found that Burt had received the more serious injuries, a severe concussion and painful injury to his knee necessitating several stitches. tils Condition is regarded as serious.
