RECORD PAY-OUTS
TARANAKI CHEQUES Press Association. HAWERA, Thursday. Owing mainly to the final bonus on last season’s butter-fat, the monthly pay-out constituted a record in the history of several South Taranaki dairy companies. Tho two largest were Joll’s and Hawera. which distributed £47,000 and l 43,000 respectively over the district between Patea and Opunake. The payment totalled £290,000.
