PAPATOETOE ORPHANAGE

BAND RECITALS The Papatoetoe Town Band, under Bandmaster De Clifton, paid a visit to the Orphans’ Home yesterday afternoon, and rendered a very enjoyable programme of marches, selections and hymns on the lawns fronting the main entrance. There was a large attendance of residents. The collection taken up will be devoted to providing extra Christmas cheer for the little inmates.
