SIXPENCE TIME

CHRISTMAS COMFORTS FOR SICK-POOR All subscriptions for the fund for assisting the sick-poor in Auckland should reach Redfeather before December 17, the closing date having been extended from December 14. The response to date has been disappointing, the Scouts being represented by a single individual subscription. Those acknowledged to-day are all from Guides. On the closing date the fund will be handed to the Sister at the Auckland Central Mission, who will devote the money to purchasing Christmas comforts for those most in need of aid.
