At the Stadium last evening, Lacliie McDonald, the Dunedin middleweight, secured a victory over Bruno Frattini. The decision was given on points after 15 rounds. McDonald scored frequently against Frattini with a straight left to the head. The Italian excellen in in-fighting. The New Zealander was almost outed in the fourteenth round, when he had both eyes badly cut, but Frattini lacked strength to follow up the advantage. McDonald revived and well earned a popular decision. —A. and N.Z.
