At the Stadium last evening, Lacliie McDonald, the Dunedin middleweight, secured a victory over Bruno Frattini. The decision was given on points after 15 rounds. McDonald scored frequently against Frattini with a straight left to the head. The Italian excellen in in-fighting. The New Zealander was almost outed in the fourteenth round, when he had both eyes badly cut, but Frattini lacked strength to follow up the advantage.
